1st April 2023 will be a memorable day for Derbyshire Freemasons when our new Provincial Grand Master Ian Robert Copestake was duly installed in a temple packed to capacity at the Grange in Derby.
13 Provincial Grand Masters were in attendance from as far afield as Bedfordshire and Durham, the installing officer was Jonathan Spence, the Pro Grand Master for the United Grand Lodge of England.
The annual meeting followed in the afternoon after lunch when Ian invested his new Provincial team. This was a tremendous occasion and thoroughly enjoyed by all who were present.
